I will redeem you with an outstretched arm
Exodus 6:6 (ESV) “Say therefore to the people of Israel, ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great acts of judgment”. God tells Moses that He will save and free the people with His powerful help and make strong judgments. God’s mighty hand promises that he will bring them out, rescue them from their bondage, redeem them, take them as My people, be their God, bring them into the land, and give it to them as a heritage. Many years after this rescue, Moses reminds the people that God brought them out of Egypt with miracles, battles, and His mighty hand. Deuteronomy 4:34 (AMP) “Or has any god ever tried to go and take for himself a nation from within another nation by trials, by signs and wonders and by war and by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm and by great terrors, as the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?”.Further confirmed by Deuteronomy 5:15 (AMP) “You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord your God brought you out of there with a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm”. God brought Israel out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm confirmed in:1. Psalm 136:11-12 (AMP) And brought Israel out from among them, For His lovingkindness endures forever; 12 With a strong hand and with an outstretched arm, For His lovingkindness endures forever;2. Jeremiah 32:21 (ESV) You brought your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and wonders, with a strong hand and outstretched arm, and with great terror.3. Isaiah 59:1-2 says in the Amplified Bible “Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short That it cannot save, Nor His ear so impaired That it cannot hear”.These passages show that God's arm is mighty, not only to save his people from slavery but also when we are in trouble. His arm is not too short to help us. Isaiah 33:2 (AMP) “O Lord, be gracious to us; we have waited for You. Be the arm of Your servants every morning , Our salvation also in the time of trouble”.God's ability to provide solutions to our most impossible situations is unquestionable. From the human perspective, we can express all kinds of doubts. But this never invalidates God's power or faithfulness. God is still able to do the unimaginable. So, can I encourage you to trust God with your situation? The answer is a resounding "No!" God's arm is not too short. What He says will come true! God can solve even our most challenging problems without a doubt. We might have doubts, but this never changes God's power or trustworthiness. He can still do amazing things. So, can I encourage you to trust God with your problems? God's power is not limited. What He promises will happen!
