10 February 2024 - God is my Hope in the day of evil

However difficult a situation you face may be, you can have hope. Hope is the confident expectation of God’s ultimate blessing in this life and the life to come, based upon the goodness and promises of God. In every season of life, whether we are celebrating or mourning, questioning or trusting, we can hold fast to hope in God.

Jeremiah 17:17(KJV) Thou art my hope in the day of evil.

Our path is not always bright with sunshine; it has its seasons of darkness and of storms, but God is our hope.

Romans 5:3-5(NKJV) And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
