The valleys will be filled, and the mountains and hills made level

Luke 3:5-6(NLT) The valleys will be filled, and the mountains and hills made level. The curves will be straightened, and the rough places made smooth. And then all people will see the salvation sent from God.

Isaiah 40:3(NLT) Listen! It’s the voice of someone shouting, “Clear the way through the wilderness for the LORD! Make a straight highway through the wasteland for our God!

Have you ever felt like you are unable to cope with the challenges that are in front of you? Perhaps you are facing mountains of challenge and difficulty right now. In life, we can find ourselves facing obstacles that seem to be insurmountable. When the nation of Israel finally got into the promised land, the first thing that they were confronted with, was a fortified and walled city (Jericho). This was the first obstacle they had to overcome, in the process of possessing the land God had given them. But God was with them, and He would bring those mighty walls down right in front of their eyes. Our mountain moving God, wants to go before you and level the way ahead of you.

Isaiah 45:2(NIV) I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.”

We service a God moving mountain.

Notice these wonderful things that God will do for you: He will go before you; He will level the mountains; He will break down the gates; He will cut through the bars of iron; He will make the rough places smooth; He will make the crooked places straight.

Zechariah 4:7(NLT) Nothing, not even a mighty mountain, will stand in Zerubbabel’s way; it will become a level plain before him! And when Zerubbabel sets the final stone of the Temple in place, the people will shout: ‘May God bless it! May God bless it!’”

God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Proverbs 5:21(NKJV) For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, And He ponders all his paths.

No obstacle is too big for God. Jeremiah 1:19(NKJV) They will fight against you, But they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says the LORD, “to deliver you.”

God will straighten your path. Proverbs 3:5-6(AMP) Trust in and rely confidently on the LORD with all your heart. And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth .

God will make the rough places smooth. Isaiah 40:4(AMP) “Every valley shall be raised, And every mountain and hill be made low; And let the rough ground become a plain, And the rugged places a broad valley.

And then all people will see the salvation sent from God. Psalm 27:1(AMP) The LORD is my light and my salvation—Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the refuge and fortress of my life—Whom shall I dread?
