Keep us

Life can feel tough when it seems everyone is against us. But remember, our God brings hope and answers prayers. Even when we feel no one understands us, God gives us a purpose. He won't let us lose our way.

Call to God. The Psalmist in Psalm 17 felt surrounded by enemies. He turned to God, saying in Psalm 17:6(NKJV) I have called upon You, for You will hear me, O God; Incline Your ear to me, and hear my speech.

God promises to those He loves He shows His great love, protects us, and offers safety from those against us. Psalm 17:7(NKJV) reads: Show Your marvelous lovingkindness by Your right hand, O You who save those who trust in You From those who rise up against them.

We are special to God, like the apple of His eye. That's a comforting thought. Psalm 17:8(NKJV) says: Keep me as the apple of Your eye; Hide me under the shadow of Your wings.

God's love is always there. He helps us in hard times. All we need to do is ask Him. To plead with Him to keep us.
