Philippians 4:6-8(NLT) Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honourable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

Don’t worry about anything. Refocus your mind on God, through prayer and fasting. Every time you worry start praying.

Daniel 9:3(NLT) So I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with him in prayer and fasting.

Matthew 6:34(NLT) So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

Pray about everything. If it is worth worrying about, it is worth praying about. So, whatever you worry about, pray about it. Philippians 4:6(NLT) Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.

1 Peter 5:7(NLT) Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

What does this verse say, you can carry all your worries, or you can give them to God. God wants to take care of this.

Thank God in all things. Philippians 4:6c(NLT) Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done.

Ask God with a trusting heart and thank Him for all He has done. No matter what you ask for, ask Him with thanksgiving.

1 Thessalonians 5:18(NIV) give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

God’s will for you is to be thankful. Thank Him for what you have. Be grateful in all circumstances, not for all things.

Psalm 118:1(CEV) Tell the Lord how thankful you are, because he is kind and always merciful.

Stay focused on true things - Psalm 91:4b(NLT) His faithful promises are your armour and protection.

Philippians 4:8(NLT) Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honourable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
