God's blessings will be with you

Psalm 1:1a(VOICE) God’s blessings follow you and await you at every turn:

Today, our focus is on Psalm 1, a truly beautiful passage. In the Voice translation, verse 1 proclaims: God’s blessings follow you and await you at every turn. What an incredible promise that God's blessings will accompany you and be ready for you wherever you go.

However, like many promises, there are conditions. Psalm 1 outlines them: steer clear of the counsel of the wicked and avoid sin. By heeding this guidance, we become like trees planted by streams of water, never running dry, always bearing fruit, with leaves that never wither. The latter part of verse 3 beautifully states: In everything you do, you prosper. Such a powerful assurance.

Furthermore, the Psalm concludes in verse 6 by declaring: The way of the righteous is known by the Eternal.

In essence, God's blessings will be with you, you'll flourish like a tree by flowing waters, and God will take care of you when you reject sin and refrain from following the ways of the wicked.
